Welcome to Mico, a multi-purpose Discord bot offering features like real-time earthquake updates, space images, AI chatbot interactions, and more. By using Mico, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the bot.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Mico, in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. By using this bot, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Mico offers a variety of features, including:

  • Earthquake Data: Real-time updates on seismic activity

  • Space Imagery: Daily space images from trusted sources

  • AI Chatbot: Natural language interactions for answering questions and casual conversations

These features may evolve, and we reserve the right to add or remove functionalities at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Acceptable Use

By using Mico, you agree not to:

  • Use the bot for any unlawful activities

  • Abuse or spam commands

  • Engage in disruptive behavior while using the bot in servers

  • Attempt to exploit or hack the bot

Violations of these terms may result in your access to the bot being suspended or banned.

3. Limitation of Liability

Mico is provided “as-is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The bot’s owner(s) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mico, including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate data (e.g., earthquake or space image information), or service disruptions.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the bot at any time, for any reason, including misuse of the bot or violation of these Terms of Service. No prior notice is required.

5. Third-Party Services

Mico uses third-party APIs to provide real-time data, such as earthquake information from BMKG Indonesia and space images from NASA also we are using Google Gemini for AI integration. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these third-party services. Use them at your own risk.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted here, with the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use Mico after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
